Pastry chef Nicky Cooper, her husband Coops and their team of local bakers bring good old fashioned baking to the Dolphin Coast where you can find your favourite daily artisan breads / rolls including a wonderful selection of Sourdough’s as well as an extensive range of sweet / savoury pastries / croissants & baked goods.

Yoli’s Bakery & Café ethos is quality not quantity with their use of stoneground flour, no premixes using slow & traditional methods.

You can find them located at “The Market” inside the Ballito Lifestyle Centre where you can also experience their café with a view into their kitchen and bakery prep room.   A gorgeous display in a beautiful French-inspired setting, friendly staff and delectable breads and pastries.
